“Cathy was tremendous! She mentioned there was a dinner-on-a-private-island experience available, and since we happened to be visiting over Valentine’s day—that might be a great option for us. The only thing is—there were only 2 of these experiences per day available, and they could only be booked no more than six months in advance. So Cathy called at 8am, Tahitian-time, (exactly six months to the day) to make sure we got that reservation. Further, she requested that the staff keep the whole thing a surprise, so there was no mention of it to my wife when we checked in. Other than “It looks like you have some things scheduled with us, sir.” All in all, it was a tremendous success—a very memorable trip (and Valentine’s day!). Really first rate service.”
