After selling advertising for decades I wanted to sell something that makes people happy. Don’t get me wrong…soap, insurance and baby wipes ARE important….but travel changes you.
It started in college during my semester in London. Being in Europe allowed me to visit Ireland, Greece, Amsterdam, France, Germany and Italy in short order. Something clicked. Now travel is a part of my lifestyle, and memories of each adventure bring a smile (or an occasional tear) to my face.
Highlights include:
Hiking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu
A solo trip to Portugal that became a mother-daughter adventure when my father died
Visiting Cuba when travel restrictions opened up in 2016
Whitewater rafting in the Grand Canyon with my sister and her family
Skydiving during a solo trip to New Zealand’s North & South Islands
None of these trip were just “vacations” They were opportunities to deepen relationships with people I love, foster personal growth and hit a reset button on my life. The impact travel has had on me is something I want to share, and offer, to others.
A dream vacation can be anything from a simple weekend away to a two-week custom adventure halfway around the globe. Everyone’s vision is different. My mission is to take the burden of planning off your shoulders and turn whatever you want to do into a meaningful, priceless experience.
Ferris Bueller said it best- “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
